Step 2: Attend Virtual Open House or 1-on-1 Call
Connect with our Admission Office to learn how Bayaan Academy works and ensure our vision aligns with your family’s goals.
Step 3: Submit Registration Application
Complete the application, upload available documents, and submit the registration fee, technology fee, and first month’s tuition.
Step 4: Academic Review & Student Assessment
Our Academic Counselor will review school records and may request a Diagnostic Assessment (paid), interview, or additional documentation.
Step 5: Acceptance Decision
You’ll receive an official email regarding your child’s admission status. All admissions are contingent on document verification.
Step 6: Student Account Creation
Once accepted, your child’s account is created and digital resources are assigned in preparation for onboarding.
Step 7: Student Onboarding & Orientation
All new and returning students must complete a 1-week onboarding program in August. This includes assessments, live sessions, and a full overview of school policies and learning tools. Families choose from one of three onboarding weeks. Sessions follow the same timing as the program selected (Morning or Afternoon).
Step 8: First Day of Class
Students who have completed onboarding and assessments will begin classes on time. They will receive their class schedules 1-2 days prior to the first day.
Step 9: Late Registrations (After August 7, 2025)
Students who enroll after August 7 may not be able to attend the first day of class until onboarding and assessments are complete. Contact our Onboarding Coordinator to finalize requirements and determine your child’s start date.
